    Hi Pierre and Louise
We truly had a fantastic time in Mexico due in no small part to your excellent knowledge of the Mexican culture and language. We thou roughly enjoyed ourselves, learned a great deal, made some good friends. Again thank you very much, merci beaucoup, muchos gracias. We will be keeping an eye out for any upcoming caravans to other Mexican locales that would interest us in the future.

    Hi Pierre and Louise
We just arrived home two days ago, and are reliving our memories of the trip. First of all, a very special thank you for all the help you gave us with our flat tires, etc. This truly was quite a trip. When we first booked it, we were a bit sceptical. We have done a lot of travelling but never with a caravan. Well, needless to say, this was truly an amazing experience. In the 54 days we were together there was not one day that we would call ‘a bummer’. We felt we saw Mexico in a way that the ‘ordinary tourist’ would ever have seen it. You took us to areas that we would never have gone on our own. Your expertise in guiding us was phenomenal. When you were on the road you meant business but off the road was another story! Both of you are such a fun loving couple and also so very helpful in so many ways. Every day was truly an adventure and you both went above and beyond your duty to keep us all happy! We made wonderful friends on this trip. We are hoping we can join you again for another great time.
P.S. We went to Progresso the whole back seat of the truck was filled with Mexican pots! (the place that you had told us about) After we left Winter Ranch we went to Livingstone State Park and then to Goliad where we went to a rodeo and then to South Padre Island, no places could compared to Mexico.
    THANKS FOR A GREAT TIME.
    Sincerely, Don and Barbara

    Hi Guys!
We have been thinking of both of you so I thought I would drop you a line.
I just had to tell you what a fantastic trip we both had & the memories of what we saw & did will last a lifetime.
I miss the people as we were a family for 54 days. I miss your laugh Pierre & talking to you Louise.
We sure have had some great experiences on our trip.
We read Lynn & Andre’s article in the RV Gazette and had so many good thoughts of our adventure & travels through Mexico
by going on your caravan. What you & Louise offered & gave on our ”trip of a lifetime”,
Don & I will always be grateful to both of you. We will recommend Amigos Rodantes to all our future
RV friends & we will ensure to keep in touch with such good friends.
    Thanks for the memories!

We are very satisfied with our journey through Mexico with Pierre & Louise on the Amigos Rodantes Caravan. We have been places we never would have gone on our own. We have found the whole experience of caravanning, sightseeing & co-existing with a group of people very interesting and a lot of fun. We are going to miss all the activities & interactions between us very much, but we will have good memories & photos of the whole experience. Pierre & Louise being able to speak Spanish is a real plus!

Thank you both so much for a fantastic tour. It has been such a learning experience for us. You have taught us much about Mexico and its customs. We certainly appreciated all the help you gave us when I fell and needed medical attention. You made it so much easier for me to cope with the situation. You both have made this experience one we will never forget.

(This is part of a letter John wrote)
Perhaps the time has come to say a few words about Pierre
or as I refer to him :
The wagon master. Pierre is quite an amazing person.
He is very extroverted and combines aggressiveness, conviviality, enterprise and never ending energy.

True, to make a point he may axaggerate a little. Compared to other wagon masters he outdoes most if not all. What is especially gratifying of “Amigos Rodantes” is that he truly seems to care for is customers. Where others might consider their own comfort first he is willing to put himself last. How often hasn’t he already helped people with minor repairs or traveled far and wide to obtain the necessary part for
a disabled vehicle, I have lost count.

To speak to people from other caravans we don’t realize how lucky we are. Pierre’s wife, Louise is his right hand (wo)man. She also is very friendly and helpful and always ready with suggestions for fun things to do. She also is Pierre’s backbone and manages to keep him on an even keel. Our memories of our trip in Mexico with you are growing increasingly fonder. Both Doris and I would not have missed this opportunity and meeting you for anything.

Many thanks and perhaps until next time,
    John & Doris
