Chili Con Queso
Take 12 oz of cheese, colby, velveeta, etc. 2 c tomatoes, fresh 1 medium onion, chopped fine 1 green pepper, chopped 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp salt.
Preheat oven, place cheese in pan, top with tomatoes, onion, peppers, cayenne and salt. Bake until cheese melts. Serve with taco chips.

Louise’s special Shrimp Cocktail
1 LB. of cooked shrimp. 1/4 cup of lime juice.  1/2 cup of tomatoes. 1/2 cup of onions. 1 cup of ketchup. 1 cup of orange crush soda.
In a large bowl, mix the shrimp and lime juice. Let stand for 5 minutes, then ad all the other ingredients. Refrigerate for two hours. Good for 8 servings.
